Hello, I’m Kevin.

I'm a devoted husband, proud father, fitness enthusiast, and a certified coach.

With a rich background spanning over 20 years in corporate sales, I've dedicated 13 years to being a sales leader, coach, and mentor. My journey began as a sales executive in the telecommunications sector, where I initially faced challenging setbacks. I learned to persevere and eventually achieved some professional victories. I secured national sales victories, closed numerous corporate contracts, before transitioning to selling to large enterprise accounts.

Following five consecutive years of growth, I earned a promotion to a sales leadership role. In this capacity, I crafted comprehensive sales plans, strategies, and a framework to support both team and individual growth. I imparted my sales expertise to my teams, sharing the strategies that had served me well. While some team members excelled, others faced challenges, leading me to realize that understanding their motivations, their "why," was crucial.

Initially relying on my experience and listening skills, I soon realized that more was needed to help my teams reach their full potential. This realization prompted me to seek a deeper understanding of how to inspire individuals to maximize their capabilities. Instead of opting for traditional leadership training, I chose a different path – enrolling in the ICF Certified Coaching Mastery Program. Upon earning my ICF Coaching Certificate, I established my coaching practice, Core Focus Coaching, with a mission to guide individuals in creating a path to achieve their desired outcomes in both personal and professional realms.
